• Return and exchange principle
The products sold on the Stroller City Internet Platform are all new and authentic products. On the premise of complete packaging and accurate quantity of the products, the Stroller City Internet Platform promises that standard goods (except non-standard products) purchased independently through the official website, APP of the Stroller City Internet Platform or other official online platforms of the Stroller City Internet Platform can apply for return and exchange according to these rules. (Note: "complete packaging" means that the outer packaging of the product is not damaged, and the inner parts are not missing, which does not affect the re-packaging or sales)
• Return and exchange precautions
(1) At the same time of return, the corresponding invoice (if invoiced), gifts and related documents must be returned;
When returning a ticket:
✓ If invoice has been issued, but the invoice has not been deducted, the original invoice needs to be provided;
✓ If the invoice has been issued and the invoice has been deducted, the red Letter Invoice Application Form is required;
✓ If the invoice has been issued, can not provide the original invoice, can not provide the "red letter invoice application form", need to charge 13% of the returned product excluding tax price as the return operation fee.
(2) Returned goods should be unused, goods, accessories, vouchers and packaging in good condition, will not affect the re-sale;
(3) Please pack the returned products properly:
✓ If there is a collision sound inside the package or small items are scattered in the package, please be sure to put enough stuffing, it is recommended to re-use the packaging materials when the shock line is shipped;
✓ Please note that the express note can not be directly pasted on the original packaging of the product, otherwise it will affect the re-sale and can not be returned.
