1. Supplier evaluation:
We accept the customer's commission, in accordance with the requirements of the product, to conduct an overall assessment of the factory: such as the production of the product equipment, site, required raw materials and qualifications are complete? Are they consistent with customer requirements? Also, whether the factory's previous quality control text records have effectively controlled the quality of the products, etc. In this stage, we will provide customers with detailed information about the factory such as: production capacity, quality control capacity and other important information.
2. Initial inspection (IPI) :
In the factory inspection, strictly in accordance with the customer's document requirements or our specification guidelines carefully and standardized inspection of all production materials, accessories and production methods, and verify with the samples, to ensure that the products produced are in line with the samples! At this stage, we assure the customer that the product conforms to the sample production and the assembly method is confirmed correctly.
3. Interim inspection (DPI) :
In the middle of production, our inspectors will randomly take samples from semi-finished products or packaged parts of finished products to check and do detailed tests, so as to find and identify early problems in time, so as not to cause a large number of defective products to continue production. At this stage, we will find problems early, propose improvement plans, and predict the production efficiency and completion time of the factory.
4, sampling inspection before shipment:
When the product is fully assembled or more than 80% packed, our inspectors will take samples in strict accordance with the statistical sampling standard ANSI/ASQC2 1.4CMIL.STD-105E to check the packaging method and quantity of the product. Check the appearance, function and related tests of the products in detail, whether they meet the requirements of customers and whether they are consistent with the confirmation template. In this stage, we make an overall assessment of the whole batch of products to ensure the quality of the whole batch of products, so as to avoid the flow of defective products to customers, and timely notify customers to arrange the delivery date or treatment method.
5. On-site inspection
Whole-process quality control and in order to avoid large orders and long-term orders affected by quality or delivery time, we will send QC to live in the factory for whole-process tracking and inspection, from the beginning of production, mid-term production, to the completion of production after shipment. 7. Container Loading supervision:
Our inspectors will be at the loading site to check whether the container is in good condition, whether the contents, quantity, labels, marks and packaging materials are consistent with the order requirements, whether the products are damaged or in short quantity during the loading process, etc., to ensure that they meet the requirements specified by customers, and take relevant pictures on site for proof.
